Phishers hijack EA Sports Twitter to steal user details
A fake EA Sports Twitter stream is hijacking questions put to the organisation’s official account in an attempt to steal login details.
The scam was spotted by Chris Boyd, malware intelligence analyst at Malwarebytes, who says in a blog post, “The account sending links isn’t verified, and swore at another Twitter user not too long ago — not common behaviour for a support channel!”
