Mobile Threat Monday: Sexy Wallpaper Steals Your Account Information, Lurks on Google Play

Malwarebytes’ Nathan Collier explained in a blog post that this permission let the app scoop up your personal information. “With the permission GET_ACCOUNTS accepted, it then uses the getAccountsByType() function to gather account information from Google, Facebook, and Twitter.” When the app runs for the first time, it gathers this information and sends it off to a remove server, presumably to be retrieved by its creators.
