Mobile Threat Monday: SMS Scams Are Getting Even Sneakier
Russian Android owners just can’t seem to catch a break. The country’s massive malware industry, combined with a lack of official app stores, has made it one of the five most malware-infected nations in the world. Now Malwarebytes has tipped us off to yet another Russian-targeting Trojan to look out: a fake installer that’s actually a premium text message scam.
