Strong B2B Growth Propels Malwarebytes to Fourth Year on the 2018 Inc. 5000 List of the Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – September 24, 2018 – Malwarebytes™, the leading advanced endpoint protection and remediation solution, announced today its ranking of 1748th on the 37th annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment— its independent small and mid-sized businesses. The 2018 Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2014 and 2017.

“It’s no secret that cyberthreats like malware, ransomware, and legacy viruses can have a devastating impact on businesses. In 2017 alone, Malwarebytes detected or blocked more than 130 million threats for our more than 60k business customers,” said Marcin Kleczynski, CEO, Malwarebytes. “For the last year we have prioritized enhancing and improving our endpoint security solutions, to provide businesses with a level of security that goes beyond the limitations of traditional antivirus solutions. We’re happy to say, the market has responded, and our inclusion on the Inc. 5000 list is a testemant to our continued commitment to our customers around the globe.”

Malwarebytes develops the best remediation tools on the market and has made significant strides in the creation of industry-leading endpoint protection and remediation technology for businesses. More than seven million threats are detected or blocked every day with Malwarebytes technology. In 2017, Malwarebytes released and integrated Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware into its core stable of solutions. The company also released its single endpoint agent cloud platform for business Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection and a cloud-based management console. Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection features a signature-less Anomaly Detection Engine powered by machine learning. Combining seven protection layers, this Malwarebytes solution is a more effective and efficient replacement for antivirus.
