Malwarebytes Rolls Out Offering Enabling MSPs to Provide Leading Endpoint Protection and Response to Customers

Following Successful Pilots in Australia, Enhanced Partner Program Extends Globally

Santa Clara, CA – March 5, 2019 – Malwarebytes, the leading advanced endpoint protection and remediation solution, announced plans today to launch a new management console for managed service providers (MSPs). Malwarebytes OneView is a powerful multi-tenant management console purpose built to protect and remediate the MSP customer base. Initially piloted in Australia, the new offering represents a new segment of growth for the company, expanding their portfolio to MSPs looking to expand their security capabilities.

A critical addition to Malwarebytes product suite, Malwarebytes OneView gives MSPs the tools they need to protect, monitor and remediate against advanced threats for a growing segment of the market. Research by MarketsandMarkets predicts the global managed services market will grow from USD 180.5 billion in 2018 to USD 282.0 billion by 2023. By incorporating Malwarebytes’ solutions into an existing services portfolio, providers can increase their customers’ security posture, while cost effectively maintaining control of their operating margins.

“Our MSP product expansion is the natural next step for Malwarebytes as we continue to experience rapid adoption across a wide array of customers,” said Barry Mainz, Chief Revenue Officer, Malwarebytes. “Our end-user evangelists often are the ones to bring Malwarebytes into organizations, and by partnering with MSPs, we make enterprise solutions easier to deploy and manage more than ever before.”

Following a successful pilot in Australia, the Malwarebytes MSP Program has begun launching its next phase with additional partners and will be working with them through April of this year. During this time, Malwarebytes will be working with select service providers around the world to refine the product to meet global MSP demands and provide the best possible solution. The program will be generally available to global MSPs in April of 2019.

“As an IT services provider, we were noticing that our customers were facing increasingly sophisticated attacks that were very costly for our team to remediate, and our existing tools weren’t cutting it. Malwarebytes has enabled us to eliminate the time and cost of remediation,” said Graeme Wilson, Network Operations Manager, Sentrian. “During our pilot with Malwarebytes we were impressed with the protection, visibility and ease of management provided, in addition to competitive pricing, customizable services and excellent support to give us a competitive advantage.”

“Our customers need the absolute best in endpoint detection and response in order to keep their own businesses running smoothly,” said Jeff Brock, Chief Technology Officer of Networks of Florida. “Malwarebytes’ trusted solution is one that we are proud to offer, and their new OneView allows us to manage our customers from one easy console. During our pilot with Malwarebytes, we were impressed with the ease of management OneView offers in addition to competitive pricing, customizable services and excellent support that gives us a competitive advantage.”

“We have been working with Malwarebytes for close to 10 years, and with the rollout of OneView, management of our 3500 plus customers has never been easier,” said Mike Cain, President of Miken Technologies. “OneView provides a one-stop, customizable, user-friendly portal that enables us to exponentially cut down our service calls – while simultaneously providing customers with the highest level of security in endpoint detection and response. We look forward to the deployment of OneView and our transition from a residential to commercial enterprise solution – with the continued support and advancement of Malwarebytes products.“
